Are you still doing the foreclosure thing, for I've got some properties in which I need investor to hold while my clients get back on their feet.
I specialize in saving people to are facing pre/foreclosure.

I am a certified loss mitigation / foreclosure prevention consultant. Our company specializes in helping people save their homes from foreclosure. We know all of the various laws, programs and lender expectations and we are well respected and ethical. If an arrangement can be made then we will come up with it for the client. They pay nothing unless we accept their case and when we do accept a case we have a 98%+ record of success (keeping them in their home).
In circumstances where an arrangement is impossible (approx. 50% of the cases) then I look to buy the appropriate properties. Ideally I would keep the home owner in the home on a lease to own basis and assist him in repairing his credit so he can repurchase in the future when all of the madness ends.
