 SAFE PRE-FORECLOSURE INVESTING
Is anyone interested in teaming up to tackle this mass market of pre/foreclosure?

Re:  SAFE PRE-FORECLOSURE INVESTING
I am currently looking for people to team up with for properties that are " pre filled " if you will. I have come up with a program to take the speculation out of buying real estate. Let me know if you are interested and I can explain.

Re:  SAFE PRE-FORECLOSURE INVESTING
We do a bunch of business in the pre-foreclosure arena. I'm interested in hearing what you have to say... as long as its legal, moral, and ethical. I've seen some people doing pre4closures with leasebacks and the case law is not good... they get construed as usury loans. So anything that the Attorney General would be OK with... I'm game. PM me

Re:  SAFE PRE-FORECLOSURE INVESTING

Hello GW!

I believe that we can work together very well. I am presently doing the same as yourself in regards to foreclosure bailouts. I differ from my competition is so much as the current homeowner stays on title and doesn't need to sell their home and lease it back. I find that if you sincerely help other people get what they want, ultimately you will get what you want. I am a mortgage banker as well doing business in 49 states (except ALASKA)! I also have an investment group consisting of sheriff sale specialist, bank foreclosed property contract real estate agents and credit restoration specialist. Email me with a contact number if you are serious. wkeyser@gmail.com or 856-853-6324.

Sincerely,

Walt Keyser

Re:  SAFE PRE-FORECLOSURE INVESTING

We are interested. We have 2 opportunities now - we've had phone calls from several people in our area (North East, MD) and have been unsure to move forward.

Re:  SAFE PRE-FORECLOSURE INVESTING

I've been doing foreclosures for about 2.5 years now. The reputation is out so I get calls from random folks and my investors also give me leads.

I'm working on a short sale now as we speak actually.

Re:  SAFE PRE-FORECLOSURE INVESTING
Hi GW-

I realize this post was some months ago but am interested in your pre foreclosure plan. My wife and I just started wholesaling properties. I've been a DIG member for 2 years and just joined RING. Send me an email or a reply post and we can chat. Or maybe we can meet up at the next RING meeting?

Re:  SAFE PRE-FORECLOSURE INVESTING

I currently have three properties but I am looking for an alternative way in forclosures to increase my working capital and decrease my dependency on loans.

Re:  SAFE PRE-FORECLOSURE INVESTING
I noticed all of these posts regarding everyone wanting to buy houses that are in foreclosure situations. We own 4 condos in Philadelphia. We are looking to sell ASAP and hope that the bank is willing to accept a short sale. If any of you would be interested in buying any one/all of these condos, please contact me. These truly are great properties, but unfortunately, the market has made it impossible for us to hold onto them until things come full-circle. So if anyone is interested in buying these at below rock-bottom prices, let me know. Thank you so much for your time. courtney@duncanparkllc.com
