Hello everyone, my name is Robert. I just joined this forum and am looking forward to learning as much as I can and teaching what little I know about this wonderful world of real estate investing. I am currently in the education phase, reading as much as I can and meeting people who can mentor and teach me more. I would like to start building a team in the coming months and hopefully make my first purchase by the end of 2008. If anyone can share with me their experience and/or expertise I will greatly appreciate it and will pay you back in some way or pay it forward. Thank you, Robert F.

Robert, Don't Quit Your Day Job Just Yet; Talk to Us First!

Would you do us a favor??? Take a listen to this show that we have
created.... It's for the people by the people!!!

REGULAR GUY REAL ESTATE RADIO is here!

http://www.regularguyrealestate.com/our-first-episode-is-up

It was created because I saw something that was telling people that
you can quit your job and fire your boss in 90 days. I said to
myself wow, this is NOT 2001 its 2008 and we are at 4 bucks per
gallon of gas, rice is crazy expensive. It seems to me that some of
these internet marketers are infiltrating
our business and selling dreams packaged as information products
that are misleading. This is why we created the show, to talk with
"non guru","non selling courses/books" investors that are doing
deals or have been doing deals up until this point. We want to
expose the truth so that newbies getting involved now are putting
their money where it needs to be. We are seeking feedback as to the
topics that you want to hear about so that we can incorporate this
into the show.

This first show is just a peek into who we are and what we are
about. We need your feedback... but up and coming shows will be
dictated by the other regular people looking for "non guru" real
world information.

NOW MIND YOU... this is our first show... we are working to make
this thing something great, we are working on a movement here... be a
part of it.

Hi Robert,

There's a free seminar on GoZone investing on Saturday June 7th in Lawrenceville/Trenton NJ area.

I bought my first property in a suburb of Biloxi, Mississippi precisely because of the federal tax incentives that are designed to boost the Katrina Reconstruction. I bought a brand-new sturdy 3BR/2BA single family home w/ 1-car garage for $127K, and I got in for 10% down. The deal cash flows, but it's the triple-whammy of cash flow + appreciation + GoZone depreciation that gets me really excited.

The market down on the gulf coast is much different than here, because of the casinos being allowed to build on land this time. My mentor is doing the presentation on June 7th which will go over what the rental market is like, what FEMA is up to, and the businesses that are building back. (Jimmy Buffet's new Margaritaville casino hotel opened last month.)

Shoot me an email if you're interested.
