Wells Fargo is giving up their Express Program.
Anyone out their have a way to go?
stated/stated, noo, 90 ltv, all 730 and higher fica..
Georgia purchases.
I am not interested in doing the loan , nor a kick back.
Must be willing to work side by side with me.
Must be willing to only take yield.
few with 2 year rental history.
looking for non agenancy paper.
Also hard money lenders holding 18months or more.
